RACE DAY INFORMATION
 
WHAT'S IN YOUR PACKET and RACE DAY GUIDELINES
 
Inside Your Race Packet You should have:
 
1)Swim Cap
 
2)Bike Number
 
3)Race Number w/tear-off and barcode sticker on tear-off
 
4)Chip timing strap
 
 
Race Day Things to Do:
 
1) Get Body marked w/ Race Number on Shoulders and Left Calf
 
    Get marked w/Age on Right calf
 
2) Put your chip timing strap on your leg
 
3)Put your Bike Number on Front Handlebars
 
4) Get your transition area ready, bike shoes, helmet, bike gloves,
 
run shoes, socks, etc.
 
4)Swim stuff ready, wetsuit, goggles
 
5) 1/4 mile run footwear from Swim to T1? **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**
 
Plenty of spots by the swim to put them
 
(Don't have to be running shoes, could be your mtb shoes (hint, hint))
 
 
 
THINGS TO REMEMBER WHILE RACING
 
1)2 loops of 1/4 mile each on swim 

2) and 2 Loops of Bike Course about 6 1/2 miles each
 
3)Race Number to be worn on Run and when you cross finish
 
secure on front w/pins or race belt
 
 
FINALLY HAVE FUN!!! and ENJOY THE RACE!!!
 
HELP OUT ANY FELLOW ATHLETES IF THEY ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE AND REQUIRE
